What is your shipping policy?

Pick Up & Delivery Options

Local Pick Up

Order by 2pm (Sunday – Thursday) and collect in store after 11am next day. Ordered on a Sunday? Collect after 12pm on Monday. These timings do not apply to Public Holidays.
Pick up is only offered to Melbourne Victorian Residents.

AUSTRALIA

Regular Australia Post will deliver within 2-5 working days, except public holidays. Delivery to some postcodes, including WA, NT, North Queensland may take up to 8 days.

International (Parcel) Delivery

Australia Post International services will deliver within 3-20 working days. Delivery to some Locations may very in time frame depending on service selected at checkout. You will be notified with a tracking number one item has been shipped.

Please contact us for postage quotes if an option is not available to you once completing checkout.

Large and bulky items are subject to extra charges(Please contact us for shipping quotes)
